Hi. I purchases 2 LG Artcool Mirror Wall Mounted Aircons 1 week back, but now cannot register these aircons online. The specific issue is that on the LG Product Registration portal, once you click on 'Select Your Product', and then click on "Air Conditioning', only Window Air Conditioners are displayed in the Category window. For this reason, I cannot register the Wall Mounted Air Conditioners I have just spent a amll fortune on!
Furthermore, the warantee card that was in the air conditioning boxes refers to a paid envelope that I should use in order to return the warantee card (this card also has a competition on it). However, there were no envelopes in the boxes, hence i do not know what address to use, should I want to use my own envelope.
So, my questions are:
a) Will the Product Registration portal be updated to allow for Wall Air Conditioners to be registered online?
b) What is the postal address to which I can send the warantee cards via surface mail to?
c) Is this competition still current (where you can win the cost of the air conditioner back)?
