Gross misconduct on accounts

FNB account handled by GLInc. Balance on account growing month after month because after each payment made the payment is reversed as a balance adjustment plus interest plus charges... so the account will never be settled. An amount of R25000 was handed over, I have paid in excess of R65000 rand and they are continuously increasing my balance... not responding to mails or calls I make...
