Charged for using my cell phone to call

I don't see how this firm is assisting in the reduction of debtors in SA. Instead they pile up the charges and even charge you for calling them to enquire on your account. I use my cell phone to make the call, but they charge me for calling them as well. Double interest every month and a balance that is just on the rise, rather than decrease. Rude and unhelpful Iris Mogotsi, does not return calls or attend to messages left for her, but when I finally got hold of her she chose to not listen to the customer but prefers to interrupt and hand over call to someone else. Groenewald Lubbe, do you want to collect the debt of your clients or do you want too keep the debtors in your books long enough to make a larger profit than the outstanding balance. Other law firms do not conduct business like you do.
