There is a lady by the name of Namhla Sifolo who is dealing with my account and she has no way of speaking to me as client. I am aware of my arrears and I have a problem that I have discussed with her, I broke my leg and was using money for the hospital and after that I got a new job in Whittlesea and I have not been paid yet, Namhla is very rude in such a way that the other day she told me to sell my body so that I could pay my account, the second day she told me that I have run away with stop discount money and I know that when she calls me it's because I owe stop discount and sometimes I miss the calls since I am busy but because I am not a crook I get back to her and she speaks her mind. I am very offended of her behavior in such a way that I have decided to report her now the lady is very rude and silly. Kindly deal with her accordingly as this is not a good way to address customers and if she thinks I won't pay why can't she take the account to the lawyers?
