I had such a terrible experience yesterday with one of the tellers who worked at Till 2 yesterday at the unit 9 Moorton branch.
I was on my way to see an emergency and I stopped at checkout to withdraw R500 at the till point. The Indian lady who still refuses to give her name to me, never even check in her till to see if there was cash, She arrogantly and abrubtly told me that there's no cash in her till and that "I SHOULD USE THE ATMS AVAILABLE, SINCE THERES SO MANY AROUND ME", Do You'rl train your staff to use that alternative I feel there's no cash in the till?
I further question the teller asking her to follow the steps she should be thought of in the first place, in regards to asking the other tellers for cash. She asked the other tellers for cash an they all didn't have R500 at 15:10? And thereafter the Same teller practically used pathetic words on me and basically pushed me out of the line by calling the next customer and thereafter 5mins of this predicament, The other teller which was at no4 said she has R400 to give me And The unknown Indian teller told me that "IF I WANT I MUST WAIT IN ALL THE CUES AND TAKE MONEY FROM ALL THE TILLS, TO COVER UP MY R500".
I told her that That's not the service I expect just i get a little cash, She further still afterwards was acting so violet to actually fight, The management is very poor and there is no control in this store. Im a customer on a daily basis and I never once had an issue with any staff for my years of support. I'm disatisfied and I want this to be seriously dealt with.
