I have been to Clicks and my banking card has be declined again. This is not the first time that they said my card has been declined. I received an sms from FNB stated "Insufficient available credit". Seeing that this is impossible I did phone the Client care centre. I spoke to Bongiwe who assured me that there is more than enough credit available and that I didn't reach my daily limit. So the problem is not at FNB. I am very frustrated with Clicks Elspark. Each time I have to be helped by 2 different cashiers and both tried 2 different speedpoints but its still been declined. It is humiliating to be told that my card has been declined infront off other customers and clearly the problem is not with me or FNB!!!
