MONEY OUT MY ACCOUNT!!! CAPITEC WONT PAY

CAPITEC DECLINED TO PAY MY MONEY BACK AFTER I was at work on the 2nd February and SOMEONE else took money out of my account with out my permission from CHECKERS WAREHOUSE KEMPTON PARK and when at the SAME TIME i had my card in my purse. I have camera footage and clock-in sheet to prove that i was at work... I live in CENTURION and work in CENTURION. I want to know what the reasons are for it being declined and i WANT camera footage of WHO took my money between the times of 10:58 and 10:59am at this CHECKERS. I WILL NOT take this lying down. I work HARD for my money and CAPITEC BANK allows to take it from me. I have heard from numerous people who have had the same happen to them at CAPITEC... so isnt it funny... i think this is DISGUSTING and i advise that NO ONE opens an account at CAPITEC BANK.. the manager at Centurion isnt worthy of managerial position either, because she interrupts when you talking... her name is GRANNY... how can she be a MANAGER and be allowed to advise customers and has NO CUSTOMER skills what so ever. I WANT ANSWERS and my MONEY BACK.
