I would like to complain about the service that I get from ABSA Bank. The staff, consultants and even management are untrained and don't communicate properly with clients.
Firstly I'm trying to apply for a loan. I have several times, I have been contacted by rude teleconsultants with an attitude that when they let me know that my loan was declined because of affordability and that the computer says NO. When I attempt to tell the teleconsutant that is why I am applying for a loan to settle the debt they still tell me the computer says no. What happened to the personal touch??? I can produce settlement letters which I would like to settle.
Please isn't there someone that can help me and understand my situation. I've been a good client with ABSA for many years.
I really thought ABSA could help people as they say on Bill board, ads etc.
