I have been in the Fourways Crossing branch a few times as my business banks with them. On every occasion we have met with the same lady at the collections point.
At the beginning of the year she said that she had not been on holiday yet and was still very happy and beyond helpful! She made us feel good and I wish I could have got her name so that she could get a very big pat on the back. All I know now is that it is a black lady with a big smile and is very friendly!
I really wish that I could deal with people like her wherever I go!
When I am next at the branch I will find out her name and make sure to post it up here!!!
