Always good, efficient and friendly service

I had to call Standard Bank today to adjust my EAP limit. It gives me a glowing happy feeling when people do their jobs well and quite obviously takes pride in their work. The lady I encountered was friendly and quickly sorted out my issues. Thank you! Keep up the good work, Standard Bank. This is why I pay bank charges with a smile, because I know I'm getting the better end of the deal.
