Faliar to close my account

On the 20th of December I contacted Standard Bank Credit card division to get a setting amount to close my account. I have maid the payment on the same day and shredded the credit card.

On the 21st of January I received a statement showing tat my account was not closed. I have send them a email on the same day.

It has been 17 days and no one of Standard Bank has even contacted me about my account
