CHANGING MY NUMBER BECOMES A NIGHTMARE

I changed my number and all i needed from standard bank is for them to simply update my cellphone and internet banking, i went into standard bank in chris hani crossing and it was not sdone, i then went to the cresta branch to fix the same thing and yet again, nothing was done,

i went to the branch in fourways crossing to once again query the same thing and again NOTHING!! I then call the call centre only to be told to go into a branch to solve the problem. this simple task seems to be such a mission for all of these people.

i have spoken to so many consulatants both in the branch and both at the call center no seems to know how do this.
