Today around 12pm.i went to standard bank the lady by name of Innocentia gave me an awesome service.she was always willing to help and she was helping people with a smile.very energetic, passionate and customer friendly.i asked her lot of questions and she never got irritated.she even made me join a funeral
plan, thanx a lot for that.it is people like you who will make me not to switch to other banks.please
look after her, she is an asset to the company
