Loan application

I applied for a loan with finchoice on Friday the 20th and contacted them on Monday 23rd to ask about the status of the application, I was told that the application is pending and I need to send my documents, I sent all my documents ID, bank statement and pay slips same day and they did not even bother to send me email or Sms saying that something was still pending... I then contacted them again on Tuesday and spoke to yet another consultant that said that I must wait 5 days because I am a new customer and they normally take longer to payout if I am a new client... Alright I waited again as per the instructions only to realize that on Friday the 27th when I call again I am told that my account has been closed... Mind you no one called, emailed or sent me Sms.. This is really frustrating as they promise to assist but when it's time to assist they do not even bother to send you communication.
