The worst experience I had with FNB

I have applied for a debt Consolidation loan wit FNB on the 15/03/13, and i have ever since been struggling to get service or just anyone that will be able to assist me with my queries. I worked with James Makgato and we corresponded over email, A first he seemed like he was very helpful the first day but onward s i got the baddest services ever! I emailed James every day to ask is everything in place and do they need more documents from me, James sometimes did read the emails but he dint even bother to reply on my emails. So i called the bank to find out what is happening with my application a week later and i asked them how far is the loan, they told me the loan was declined (without any notification) so i email james and asked why the loan was declined and he told me due to affordability, So we sorted that out, I than reapplied and James assisted me again. on the 22th of March i asked him how far is the application and he told me that it will be paid out this afternoon, whilst the loan was not even approved yet he to me. so i called in to speak to the manger to please just assist me and he said he was busy he will call me back and he dint even bother. and i still no help!
