Acc was R5 short & transferred R400 into my acc to ensure payment does not decline again. Called in & was advised by agent that EFT is not required as 2nd attempt will be made later the day. Asked several times if she is sure EFT is not required & she simply said no attempt definitely be made.
Monitored acc all day & by Fri afternoon the money was still in my acc. Called again @16:00 & requested a callback. Called again Sat not realising the call centre was closed & requested another callback. As a safety precaution I called in 4 more times to request more callbacks. Today is Wed & not a single callback recieved.
Despite requesting multiple callbacks I called in again Mon only to be told I could've done an EFT & interest was applied. Was upset but left it as I had agreed to the interest. This could've been avoided when I initially called in & asked about the repayment process. This has caused lots of stress & difficulty as I keep being told something different whenever I call in.
Made the payment & emailed my proof of payment as was instructed on Mon, however it's still not reflecting. Sent it 3 more times but still being charged interest & amount owing continues to increase.
