Incorrect interest charged

I received a statement which shows that they charged me a late charge assessment for paying my account on the 7th instead. I called the call centre and spoke to Bukelwa. I wanted her to confirm whether she can see the payment and she confirmed. She also told me that I made a payment late hence the charge of R55.93. I asked her the question that where does it say in the terms and conditions that when the payment is made after the 6th I will be charged interest. She knows that it is somewhere in the terms and conditions but not sure where. I asked her to put me through to someone else who could assist. Someone else in the call centre picked up the phone and I had to tell the story again. I was then asked whether I have internet access so that we can check it there. I waited for another few minutes and she still did not give me feedback. I had to cut the call. All I want is to be told where in T&C's does it say that payment made after the 6th will incur interest. Thank You
