FNB CANCER POLICY UNDERWRITTEN BY AIG

I was contacted initially by a call centre agent stating where calling from aig underwritten by fnb and they had my fnb account type and all dn't knw why fnb giving out my personal details to 3rd parties. Anyway they explained the cancer plan which i took and gave my credit card details for payment. Advised would receive documents in post never did, called 1st time advised 48 hours via -email never received, called 2nd time advised would receive in 12 hours with callback never happened. Called to cancel advised callback in 48 hours which i know will also not happen which means another call on Tuesday. Will never in my life again accept another call from FNB or subsidairy selling me anything, AIG is totally useless, cannot process claim wonder what happens when you do decide to claim. Call centre useless cant e-mail or do anything except arrange e-mail and callbacks which never happen.
