The EASY SWITCH!

Lets talk about the most spoken about bank, the bank that makes life easy for their customers, the bank that is so easy to join all you have to do is sms switch. Let me tell you my story.

About 2 months ago i messaged switch and received no call back but because i am a proactive person i called in to speed the process up. I then followed all the procedures and my "card was on its way to me". The day the couriers rocked up i was put off sick, i understand that is partially my fault but common sense is to call the customer before delivery. Upon my return to work i then called the courier company to follow up on my card who then instructed me i needed to contact FNB to allow them to redeliver my card. I did so, but never received any call back from the courier company. Again, because im pro active i called FNB and requested my card to be delivered to a branch nearest to my workplace (this is a month after opening my account). I finally receive a sms saying i need to go collect my card, i get there and i get told i need to bring my original ID when the sms says proof of ID.

Its been over 2 months and i am yet to use my FNB card, is this really the best Bank??? I wonder...
