I find it hard to believe that a bank who is advertising for people to switch banks handles new clients with such incompetence. After filling in an application online I received notification to collect my card. After standing in a 10 minute queue to collect my card I was told I needed to see a consultant as they cannot issue the card for online applications. After standing in the new queue for 20 minutes I decided to stick with my current bank.
Do not be brain washed by the advertising, FNB is not the ideal bank. Rather save time and stick where you are
