POOR SERVICE FROM DEPARTMENT

On 17 September 2013 I noticed that 7 withdrawals of R2000 each had been made from our account, despite us still being in possession of our Debit Card. We notified Standard Bank immediately, cancelled the card and went into the Morningside branch to get a new card. We were told we'd be contacted within 24 hours by the department, which never happened. This morning I phoned Prestige Banking and spoke to a consultant who transferred the call to the Department. After holding on for 45 minutes, she asked if I'd like to continue holding, and I asked to have my call returned, which never happened. I've now called the Department directly, and after holding on for 10 minutes, I was cut off. Once again I called the Department, and have been holding on for 15 minutes, without speaking to anybody. The monotonous music and request for patience is too much to deal with. How do I speak to somebody? The money was taken out of our account over 14 days ago, and it's obvious that it was. How long do I need to wait to be refunded?
