My Macbook Air was irreparably damaged by a liquid spill caused during a sudden violent storm on 30 November 2013. 3 witnesses can attest to the incident. I instituted my first claim in 3 years on my Virgin Insure policy the first week in December. Only on 23 January 2014 did I receive a letter from Jeremia Lenong despite numerous follow ups from my side as to progress on my claim, which was declined based on quite flimsy reasoning not aligned to my contractual agreement with Virgin Insure. I immediately registered a dispute, emailing the address provided [Email Removed] I received an email back stating the mailbox was full. I tried again and cc'd Jeremia. Since then I have requested progress a few times but have received none - not even a confirmation of dispute received. I find this unacceptable.
