I have STILL not received the information I asked you for on MANY MANY occasions.
As discussed and asked for MANY times I require the following:
A FORMAL LETTER STATING THAT THE CLAIM WAS REJECTED AND THE REASONS THEREOF
A COPY OF THE VOICE RECORDED CONVERSATION WHERE I ORIGINALLY LODGED THE CLAIM
A COPY OF THE POLICY TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT SHOW THE CLAIM PROCEDURES (YOU SAY THAT I DIDNT FOLLOW THESE RULES HOWEVER I TO THIS DAY HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEM AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEM DESPITE ASKING FOR THEM MANY MANY TIMES)
Is it a surprise that to date I still have had no feedback from them? DISGUSTING! Next step, Lawyers, Ombud, NCC. Needless to say I have since cancelled my insurance with them.
