Hi my name is junior sibuyi, I work at Multichoice dstv. Multichoice taught me a lot about customer service and i think i know more about customer service. late last year December (23 or 24) I withdrawn money from an fnb atm at fontana spar in hilbrow R200 and the transaction failed but the atm took money from my account, and i withdraw another R200 and it was successfully. i called standard bank call center and they said the transaction will reverse within 24hours, but it was not done and the reference number for the call 70006257. and i called again spoke to nobuhle and she promised me that she will log a call and someone will contact me within 13working days and that was in December and nothing was done. reference number for the call 56494298 24 and 7000631733. and i called again Felicia promised that someone will call me but still nothing was done reference number for the call - 56494298.

im sadly disappointed with standard bank service, i know to them my R200 means nothing but to me it means a lot i can buy food and eat and get transport to work with the money.
