upon a call which I made on Wednesday this week, it was an enquiry about my new cheque card that I had delivered to me, and I just wanted to confirm some of my details. I was so impressed with the agent from FNB, she was so professional, had a great attitude and even after she assisted me, she took control by assisting me with the pocket saver which I didn't even know about.
this is by far the best assistance I have got from any company or bank, its great to know that FNB hires such professional staff. I am truly impressed and will recommend FNB to all my friends and family
I Really think that this young lady Nomti should be considered for any management position in FNB customer care as I think she would be the best person to speak with if s client had a problem
