I contacted Outsurance with regards to hail damage on my vehicle on the 10/01/13; I was assist by Lillian Matlala. They subsequently allocated a panel beater in Booysens which is out of my way; I therefore requested for another Panel Beating company either in Brakpan, Benoni, or Boksburg however a request was only put in for Brakpan (Instruction not adhered to), this company only has an opening in Oct 2013! I called again asking for Boksburg, Benoni or at this point I will even consider Booysens (Even though it is neither close to where I live or work). I still have not received any feedback with regards o my call. Each time I need to do a follow up! Is this Client Service? My claim number is 92775689. Please may I have some sort of feedback.
