My account is in arrears with MFC, in December I phoned to enquire and was advised that my account was R2500 in arrears which cannot be right. I skipped one payment in September & from October have been paying an additional R500 plus my installment which meant by December my arrears should have been R1000. I then requested for a recon on my account which I have still not received I've spoken to Vuyolwethu and Samantha who are supposedly dealing with account. they have both proven to be unreliable as they have never responded to any of my emails or returned any of my calls. I'm logging this complaint as I am tired of the debits that are coming off my account in the middle of the month. Can someone tell me what the is going on and where the additional R1000 that is in arrears is coming from. I will not be running around calling and emailing a company that takes no interest in their clients queries. If a response is not received by end of business I will log this on hello peter.
