After making a payment on saturday 01 feb 13 online, it was brought to my attention that the payment made was. I called fnb the next day to be told to call on monday, after calling on monday i was told that i could not be assisted over the phone. I left work early and went to the east rand branch requesting a reversal as the money was still pending. She filled the paperwork and said i will receive the money back in my account in 7 days. After trying to explain to her that the money would go off by then, the lady insisted it would not and now 3 days later, the money is gone off my account and cannot be reversed. I did not think of fnb providing such service. Disappointed. Rt14020426596~4
