Poor service and bad mean call-center agents

I have been trying to pay my car account which i have with MFC. But i was unable to as there was error message. this is an account i have on my payment history and it has been successful the other times.

Last week I called for Angel regarding my account and quiry my instalment increase. She could not understand either and she promised to investigate and then call back. to date she never did.

After waiting for call in vain, i decided to her again yesterday and left messages. she did not return my calls. i called again today but still no lucky.
what would happen is - i would go through a call center angent and ask for Angela but put on hold for more than 20 minutes. I would call again still put on hold for another 20 minutes on those line where there is music playing in the background.
The last angent i spoke to was Nomali Nhlapho who did the same thing of putting me on hold.

The reason for call was about their account number, because i called my bank and asked them if is there a problem with my account. I was told by the bank that apparently MFC has changed account details.

I wanna pay them but what i must go through is really unbecoming.
