I took my dog into the spca on the 30th of September for a checkup as he had a swollen tongue. they had a look at him and told me he would need to be booked in so the could take a closer look at him. the fees for this would be R260. the lady that was helping me stepped out for a few minutes so i was assisted by a different lady at the counter who wasnt sure about what was going on. she charged me R250 thinking they put my dog to sleep! i told her it was wrong and it was suppose to be R260, she then tries to cancel the process but it already went through on my side but according to her it didnt go through and that i would receive a sms saying the payment was reversed. i did not receive that sms and then printed a bank statement and took it with me when i collected my dog. i was told i could collect the money the saturday 5th October when i returned for a follow up. i was then told by the same people that they do not owe me any money, i explained the whole thing again and they said they would deposit the money back into my account Monday 14th October. i am still waiting for my money and im getting no feedback! i was honest with the payment i was to make and this is what i get?!?
