Nightmare in ABSA branch

I had to visit the local ABSA branch on Monday for assistance with some forms. I entered the bank at 15:10. The air- was off. I counted 31 people in the bank (the size of an average classroom). One lady was red in the face, another one said she was about to pass out because of the lack of fresh air. I could not find anybody at the Enquiries counter. Later somebody said I must join the other queue to the consultant's office. I could not see any queue because the people were standing and sitting all over the place. At 15:30 the bank closed and at that time I was the next person to go into the consultant's office. However, I had to wait another 65 minutes! I can't complain about the consultant's skills, because he helped me straight away with my requests, but when I eventually left the bank, it was 17:20. What a nightmare.
