Very helpful with the setup of cellphone banking

I recently got a new number, and on Monday I went to the Mooi Rivier Mall branch to get help with the setup of mobile banking. It was quite busy, and I even saw the one lady (I think she was a manager or something) chasing the one guy from where he was about to be helped, because he allegedly pushed in, although the other people in the row said he could go in front of them... Even though it had nothing to do with me, I was shocked about the fact that a staff member can treat a customer like that. It made the line slower, and afterwards I stood in a line of 3 people and waited over 10 minutes, then the person helped me, but the cellphone banking wasn't correctly set up... The next day I decided to go to the FNB EasyPlan in River Walk to see if they could tend my problem.

I got there, it was not very busy, the people were very friendly and professional. Daniel Sethole helped me, and set up my cellphone banking in a matter of 5 minutes... The staff at the River Walk Easyplan branch are really very competent, and make you feel welcome as a customer. I will definitely return to this branch in future should I need any basic services which the EasyPlan branch can help me with
