More than R700 deducted incorrectly - no help

I have emailed and phoned. More than R700 debitted wrongly from my account. Gym fees - I am not a member at any gym.
Now I'm blocked because according to them I'm entering the wrong details (which I have not)
I have to go to the branch now to rectify THEIR MISTAKE!
When I get my money back, I'm moving banks. This is a joke!
