REALLY?? On a Friday?? After entering my cellphone banking pin incorrectly once, my ATM pin gets blocked and I need to go into the branch to unblock it?? How did that happen when I clearly remember only typing it in wrong one time?? This isn't the first time this happens ..I am a single working, studying mother, I DO NOT HAVE TIME TO GO INTO A BRANCH EVERY TIME SOMETHING LIKE THIS HAPPENS . Its time consuming. I am very happy that you are taking all these security measures for my safety, but NOT when I did nothing wrong??!!! I am very happy with the service I receive from Standard bank otherwise but
