I have been in to the branch on numerous occasions for more than a year to have my phone number changed and each time I am told it has been done, but to this day it has not, I cant get OTPs so my internet banking is basically useless to me. I need to get a password that was sent to me today on my old number and I have no access to it. I want my number to be changed immediately and I refuse to go into another branch as the people who work there are obviously incompetent and not trained at doing their job.
