Incorrect information has been supplied to me which resulted in a financial loss on my side due to incorrect information received, He about the claim number 41779. I send Neville a quote on the 22 via email [URL Removed] for him to check the quote and tell me which parts they cover by insurance, he said they cover power steering pump. Phone him on the 31 January and said the money was paid into Kempston motors
He said the payment of R8470 has gone through Kempston Motor Group towards the repairs only to discover that all was a lie, at the end the amout of 2500 was paid, lady by the name of Tino (not sure) she is responsible for payments she is very rude no manners, I did ask Neville if he knows what he is doing because clearly I was dealing with someone who is clueless about the claims policies and procedures.
I have never been so disappointed with the service, I have been with Hollard Extender Motor for years and getting this kind of service was a huge turn off. The total repairs amounted to R11 000 and all along I knew that steering pump of 8470 was covered only to get R2500. I suffer financial loss because I request with a quote as to what parts are covered by insurance.
