How come you are not able to stop or reserve a payment on your on account? That is what I call bad service. They cannot stop a payment but they can reverse it once it is in the other account. Why? So they can charge you for it. R350 to reverse, so that is the reason they are not going to help stop a pending payment, that should be cheaper. Nedbank is the bank in the world. The brnach stuff is rude and they technology is backward. DO NOT choose Nedbank. They will not help you.
