Unjust and malicious penalty fees, I am so done with this bank. "I have an illegal debit order coming off my account, please block it" "Sure, that'll be R40 per stop order", 5 stop orders. R200 to block a R150 (5xdebit), errrr, no thanks, I'll fight with the other company over it. The other company is obviously acting out of the bounds of law and do not stop the debit order in time, they debit my account in 5 payments of R30 again, the 5th payment puts my account into overdrawn, then Nedbank rejects that 5th debit and penalizes me R90 for having a payment run me into overdrawn."Oh you owe us R10 now? We'll take another 90 then thanks" Never mind the fact that they BOUNCE the last payment, so they dont pay anyone anything, it is MY money. This is such a joke.
Over 5 years I've put up with so much from Nedbank with no complaints, but when Im a little down on my luck, after so many years of giving this bank money, they kick me right in the, as if they are working with the company illegally debiting me.
Im not even going to supply my details, I dont care if they revert the penalty at this point, which Im sure they wouldnt anyway, I'm done.
