Bridging of contract

On the 19 of December Nedbank reserve a payment on my account at FNB to secure their money with no reason at all I never skipped a installment in my life. I phone them and ask why did they do it because my salary will only in my account by the 25th of each month. They told me that it is their system that secure their installment so I reverse the payment from my side because on that time of the month my budged will work out for me. I went and see my branch and ask them to shift my debit order to the 28 th of each month which they did but it does not help if they reserve the money from the 20th of each month. Every month I had to call them to sort it out. Yesterday I had very bad experience again because I had a funeral at hand and need to accommodate some family members needless to say I need money to feed them and for the funeral cost. What an embarrassing moment that Nedbank caused for me. I phoned them on Friday morning and ask them to sort it out for me. They promise me that they will reverse the transaction thank goodness for their help. What a surprise that reserve another installment. I will definitely give my lawyer a order to take them on for Bridging of contract. Sorry!
