I called the Miway call centre 3 times this morning to update my personal details and on all three attempts I had to wait for 5 minutes before hanging up. After that I requested 3 call backs online and I am still waiting. To confirm my theory I then called the emergency line and again I had to wait for 3 minutes before hanging up. Does Miway have too many clients to cater for all of them? Should I find another insurer?
