Very helpful at first and then NO response

After numerous attempts at trying to get hold of someone to assist with my account, i then emailed a lady
by the name of Daniella Hendricks who had assisted me in the past. I simply asked if she could assist with putting the balance owed on my account to budget in order to bring my monthly installment down to which i have yet to receive a reply. i have sent reminder emails and nothing. I have now fallen in arrears because i can not afford the re payment on straight. Although i do not blame them for falling in arrears i blame them for not assisting me in trying to sort this issue out. I have tried the call center many times and no answer. TERRIBLE service
