please help!
I'm so frustrated right now with Miway or should I say "Their Way! ". I logged a claim on the 12/11/2013 - claim no.500931. No 1 follows up. I called twice & Iwas told some1 would call me back the same day.
WHY EMPTY PROMISES, I EVEN BEGGED THE CONSULTANTS IF I SHOULD WAIT & FOR HOW LONG? so that i dont waste my airtime, by nagging them.
They never gave a turn around time, i was only told they need to validate & it does not take long.
They seriously dont value me but debit my account every month is not a problem. I'M PAYING HERE HELLO! I DEMAND SERVICE
