LACK OF SERVICE - NO SERVICE AT ALL

Please inquire from NICOLENE WILLIAMS, GLENNISE PRETORIUS, ELIZE AND ILLONE why my emails
don't receive their attention. They do not answer my emails sent initially since 3 September, 14, 15, 17 October. I still don't know where I stand regarding my query regarding an account, t, a re-reimbursement and MOST IMPORTANTLY, my chronic medication. Maybe you'll get the answers for me that i need from them. Essential Med service is non existent as far as I'm concerned. A week later since my last email and still not a word!
