UNAUTHORIZED POLICY

Direct Axis got my details from Wesbank, when I was applying for vehicle finance. However, I do not have any vehicle yet. The agent called me saying he wants to quote me. After giving me a quote, he forwarded my details to Hollard. I emailed the agent telling him the car is not mine yet, and i do not have any documentation tying me to the car, nor a signature approving the policy or vehicle. He sent me a policy confirmation stating money will be deducted in 2 working days. After this, I called them still telling them I have not even viewed the car yet, and will only view it Saturday. He sent another confirmation saying policy will commence from Saturday? How is this possible when I did not authorize the policy? Is this even legal as I did not sign any policy agreement with Direct Axis approving it. I was stupid enough to give my banking details. Please cancel this policy as I did not authorize anything yet nor did i SIGN for anything, including the vehicle.
