I have never been so shocked in my life that a 3 months bank statement with a bank stamp can cost a FNB customer almost R80!!! I went into the branch to collect this bank statement as I need it for a provident fund for my work!! I am utterly disgusted how FNB can charge their own clients this amount of money for 7 pieces of paper with a bank stamp on!! I have never been so shocked and disgusted!! I wasn't even expecting to even pay for this statement and the teller lady told me after she printed out the statement it was going to cost me R77 rand! I told her I refuse to pay that much, she reversed the money at least for me on my account! I wonder if she threw those pieces of paper (almost R80) in the bin after I left!! shocking, I mean really!!!
