Cannot get 3 months Bank Statement

I cannot get 3 months bank statement from ABSA Ga-rankuwa branch, enquiries desks told me they cannot re-print as the June-August 2013 statement has already been sent to me via post. I had to go back home get my posted statement so they could stamp it. I need a May statement but I cannot go back and forth to the bank for stamping.
