I withdrawed money on the 1st Feb from my check account R250 at Shell garage in Firgrove, Somerset west at an FNB teller. No money was received only a slip stating that due to a technical difficulty with your bnk your transaction cannot be processed at this time. After a few seconds i received a sms from absa that the moeny was out of my account. I phoned the call centre and they assured me it will be revered in 2 hours time. Nothing was revered, i then went to Cluent service at Bellville branch, lady asked me to cplete a letter what happend and even took copy of the atm slip, she checked my statements etc, she said someone will contact me the same day with a ref number. Until today nobody contacted me what so ever and the money have still not been revered back into my account. I have never experienced such poor service. Bottom line i want my money reveresed back to my account asap. No wonder why s may client are leaving absa and join FNB bank, very very poor service to say the least. I will use all my money to place an add in the Sunday news paper about this if they dont refund me.
