Nedbank does not take card seriously

On 21 December 2013. Money was drawn out of my account without my knowledge.

I cancelled my cards and went in to open a case.

I was told it would take 4-6 weeks to be rectified.

Until today I have not received any feedback from Nedbank. Various calls to the department yielded no answers. The staff at lonehill barely remembered the case and told me they would not give me a reference number until 6weeks after the case has been opened.

Nedbank clearly does not care about their customers or at all.

6 weeks to wait for a refund of the money that Nedbank should be liable for is ridiculous.

Not only is the waiting period unfair, but the fact that no one would even call to inform you about what is happening with the case is even worse.

I will definitely be closing all my accounts at Nedbank as soon as this matter is closed and I have received a full refund of the money from me.
