On the 24th of January 2014 I went to Butterworth Standard bank branch and I was assisted by Siphokazi Ceza, she was so helpful and she even gone an extra mile just to assist me with my funeral claim. I was so pleased with the service that I got from Siphokazi I wish Std bank could employ more people like her.
