I applied for a Cell C business contract on Mon, 18 March. They have a 3 day approval. On Wednesday morning I called Cell C Regional office to confirm if everything was in order as I migrate Vodacom to prepaid. Only after the call they informed me that they require a CIPRO document - minutes the document was mailed to them. At 4pm I went to the store and they told me the document I sent was incorrect - I supplied a new document within minutes, then was informed there is only 2 person in SA that process business applications and they are busy now. I left and call the call centre, still waiting for the manager to call me back. On Friday I called 8am, 10am, 12am, 14am to enquire about the process. I went to the store at 3pm and still no response after 48h. I informed sales that the process will not be completed today as it is Friday. At 4pm I decided to do a personal application and left at 5. During my 4 visits to the shop I requested and checked stock for a white phone - GUESS WHATv- I have a black phone!!! They are closed on Saturdays and no other cell c shop or call centre can assist and need to return again on Monday. MOST PATHETIC SERVICE AND CARELESS MOBILE SUPPLIER EVER!!!
